DISPATCH 05 — LOGISTICS
Visa rules, transfer times, pass coverage and insurance, written as they are.
Ukrainian passports enter Austria, Italy and Switzerland visa-free for up to 90 days in any 180-day window. Your passport must stay valid three months past the return date, and minors need a notarised parental consent letter.
Kyiv to Zurich runs 3h 15m, Lviv to Munich 2h 05m, Odesa to Vienna 2h 30m. On the ground: Zurich to Verbier 2h 45m, Munich to St. Anton 2h 10m, Geneva to Chamonix 1h 20m. Shared minibuses wait for delayed flights at no extra charge.
A six-day adult pass is inside every package: EUR 320 / UAH 14,880 for the Three Valleys, EUR 285 / UAH 13,250 for St. Anton. Children under 6 ski free, under 16 pay half. Equipment rental and ski school stay outside the price.
Winter sports cover is mandatory and never bundled silently. Add it at booking for EUR 42 / UAH 1,950 per adult for ten days, or bring your own policy and send us the certificate before departure.
