Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to all travel services booked through xavireon.com (LLC, EDRPOU 31332075), Kyiv, Ukraine. It is governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR, the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX, and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII.

2. Cancellation by the Consumer

You may cancel before departure by written notice to contact@xavireon.com. Cancellation fees depend on days before departure:

• 30+ days: 10% of tour price
• 15–29 days: 30%
• 7–14 days: 50%
• 3–6 days: 75%
• Less than 72 hours: 100%

3. Changes to Booking

Changes are subject to availability and a change fee of UAH 500 plus any supplier charges. Requests must be made at least 7 days before departure.

4. Refunds

Eligible refunds are paid within 14 calendar days to the original payment method. Non-refundable items include visa fees, insurance premiums, and third-party supplier fees.

5. Cancellation by the Company

If we cancel due to insufficient participants or force majeure, you may choose a full refund or alternative dates.

6. Consumer Rights

You may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection for out-of-court protection of consumer rights. Personal data is processed under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI.
