2. Booking Rules

Bookings confirmed after full payment. Prices include accommodation and listed activities; exclude insurance, personal expenses, optional excursions unless stated. Mandatory fees shown at checkout are non-refundable. Age and blackout restrictions apply. We do not guarantee snow or weather. We are not affiliated with any resort, tourism board, or government body. Pre-contract information is given per Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX.

3. Cookies and Data

Strictly necessary cookies are used; others require prior informed consent under Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Communications" No. 1089-IX. 4. Advertising and Tourism

Travel advertising is accurate and not misleading per Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR. As a tour operator/agent, we comply with Law of Ukraine "On Tourism" No. 324/95-VR.

5. Consumer Rights

Consumers may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection for out-of-court protection. This does not limit court rights under Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX.
